Food, Fire & Soul
On assignment for Instituto Brasil a Gosto I've been traveling trought the countryside and the coast of Brazil with the objective of portraying the essence of gastronomy in the country. From the Amazon to the south, I've been photographing and filming markets, kitchens, and the making of the most traditional dishes of Brazilian cuisine. I also have the opportunity to talk and interview small rural producers, fishermen, artisans, and house cooks. The result of this expedition is in the book Brasil a Gosto and will be in the documentary that will be released in 2023.
